Uganda, February 6-8, 2026 – “Coming together, learning together, growing together.” This was the spirit at the heart of the recent Saline Process Multiplying Trainers (MT) training, hosted at The Great Outdoor Adventure.
We give thanks to God for His unwavering faithfulness throughout this impactful event. The training was graciously organized and sponsored by IHS Global, bringing together five of the International Saline Partnership (ISP): IHS Global, Healthcare Christian Fellowship International (HCFI), Nurses Christian Fellowship International (NCFI), International Christian Dental and Medical Association (ICMDA), and the Benevolent Medical Fellowship.

Each day commenced with heartfelt Devotion and Worship, beautifully led by a different Partner organization. The sessions provided deep and practical insights into expanding the Saline ministry. Key topics covered included:
Understanding the International Saline Partnership: An overview of the collaborative mission.
The 3 Cs of Saline: An in-depth look at Content, Coaching, and Community.
Saline Process Components: We explored the various training tiers, including SPWT, Taster, SPOT, and SPTTT.
Practical Logistics: Best practices for organizing and running successful trainings.
Saline Online Community: A hands-on workshop navigating the Saline website, creating teams, and posting training events.
People & Strategy: Clarifying roles and responsibilities, discussing witness training teams, effective coaching strategies, and regional planning within our partner organizations.
IHS Global Support: An interactive Q&A session to understand the support available.

A highlight of the training was the commissioning of newly certified Multiplying Trainers. We rejoice with:
Dr. Reuben Muhindo (Uganda HCF)
Rev. Peace Magundu (Uganda HCF)
Ngatia Cleupus (Kenya HCF)
We also celebrated the recertification of dedicated trainers: Thembo Charles, Mukasa Gaurd, Dr. Namata Louisa, Biira Russia, and Erasmus Omodo. All participants received certificates of attendance, marking another step forward in their commitment to healthcare evangelism.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our facilitators from IHS Global—Gabriella Harsányi (International Ministry Coordinator), Latha Mathew, and Dóri Komaromi—for traveling from Hungary and India to equip and encourage us.
A special thank you to Bro. Tim Okai for his continued mentorship, coaching, and unwavering commitment to all HCFI Saline Multiplying Trainers. Your leadership is a cornerstone of this ministry.
We were delighted to welcome HCFI sister fellowships from Madagascar, Kenya, South Africa, and Liberia. A special thank you to the Madagascar team for the beautiful key holders, a wonderful reminder of their nation’s beauty and our shared fellowship.

The event concluded with a time of prayer for all partner organizations, lifting up specific HCFI prayer points:
